Urgently Looking for ETP Officer (Effluent Treatment Plant) Port Qasim Karachi

ETP Officer with 1-2 years of experience in ETP lab work and a good knowledge of ETP functional working.

Qualifications: BSC (Chemistry)

Skillset Requirements

·        Technical background experience in operating a wastewater treatment plant

·        Knowledge in microbiology and environmental chemistry and experience in sampling and testing water

·        Experience in performing daily checks of the wastewater treatment process

·        Ability to diagnose and correct wastewater treatment plant malfunctions            

Major Responsibilities:

·        Operation inspection of ETP plant process & lab relevant testing of wastewater as per testing plan & regulatory bodies.

·        Looking after the sampling and analysis of wastewater samples.

·        Wastewater treatment plant monitoring and controlling via process inspection.

·        Monitoring and updating equipment and chemicals in the analytical laboratory.

·        Prepare the Quality testing plan and SOPs for all parameters of the wastewater laboratory.

·        Managing reports and documentation related to the laboratory.

·        Calibration of equipment.

·        Field work on EHS and other environmental issues to help the HSE department.

·        Work on approved methods by national & international standards bodies like EPA, ASTM, USEPA, APHA, and PSQCA.

Salary Range: PKR 35,000 – 50,000

Location: PORT QASIM, KARACHI
