We are looking for talented and skilled candidates for the position of *IT Support Specialist*.


*Organization*: Bank

*Experience*: 1-2 years of IT Support or Related experience.

*Education*: Bachelors in Computer Science 

*Location*: Karachi 

*Pay*: PKR:45,000 – PKR:55,000 Per Month


*Responsibilities*:

• Provide exceptional Technical Support to inhouse employees, via RDP.

• Active Directory / Domain Configuration - Setting up accounts for new users.

• MS Outlook 2019-2021 (Installation & Configuration).

• Data Backups - Hard Drive Backups, Data Migration.

• Video Conference Software - Zoom / Skype / Microsoft Team.

• OS Installation / Activation / Licensing.

• IT setup of New Branches & Offices / Relocations.

• Installing and Configuring Computer hardware, software, systems,

networks, printers, Scanners and others.

• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network 

• Testing new Softwares / Technologies.

• Perform user administration duties.

• Performing analysis of root causes -Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

• Developing recommendations for procedures to prevent problems.
