Requirements:

Education: Bachelors from reputable university

Experience: 6 month – 1 Year of relevant experience

Available for Rotational Shifts

Skills:

Handling the #calls on Inbound Channel.

Handling all incoming #complaints end to end

Performing #surveys

Preparing day to day #reports

Identifying Process #gaps and proposing SOPs

Make #confirmation calls to assure minimum order cancellations

Responsible to achieve the #assigned targets.

Location: PECHS Block-6, Karachi
